This chart was designed to highlight the relationships between activities, entities and agents in a PROV-JSON file, with respect to time. Modelled on the Gantt chart - typically used in project planning - it displays top-level provenance elements, positioned according to the time that they were used or created.

To load an existing PROV-JSON file into the chart, either drag and drop a file from your computer onto the designated area, or enter the URL of a file hosted elsewhere into the box and click "Load URL".

Clicking on an element will expand the chart to show the other elements related to it, along with the relationships themselves. Hovering over an element or relationship will display additional information in the top-right of the chart. The primary element displayed on the chart can be toggled using the buttons at the top-left of the chart.
